Quepos Studio Rentals – PoliciesBy making a reservation, guests agree to follow the policies below.
Guests informationGuests must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
OccupancyOccupancy
Each studio is designed for one or two guests, unless otherwise specified in the individual room description. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guests may be accepted only with prior approval from Quepos Studio Rentals.
IdentificationGuests may be required to provide valid identification at check-in in accordance with Costa Rican regulations.
Quiet HoursTo ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during evening and nighttime hours.
Quiet hours: 9:45 PM – 7:00 AM.
Parties, loud gatherings, and disruptive activities are not permitted.
Smoking PolicyAll indoor areas and studios are non-smoking.
Smoking or vaping inside the studio is not permitted. Guests may be charged for additional cleaning or damage resulting from smoking inside the property.
PetsPets are not permitted, unless specifically authorized in advance by Quepos Studio Rentals.
Parties and EventsParties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior written authorization.
The property is intended for guests seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay in Quepos.
Property and Guest ResponsibilityGuests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the studio, furniture, appliances, keys, and other property provided during their stay.
Guests may be responsible for costs resulting from intentional or negligent damage, loss of property, or extraordinary cleaning requirements.
Keys and AccessGuests are responsible for any keys, access cards, codes, or other access devices provided during their stay.
Lost or damaged access devices may result in an additional charge.
Security and Personal BelongingsGuests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Quepos Studio Rentals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.
Guests should keep doors and windows properly secured when leaving the studio.
Internet and UtilitiesWi-Fi and utilities are provided as part of the accommodation when included in the reservation.
Internet speed and availability may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including service interruptions, weather, or technical issues.
Cleaning and MaintenanceStudios are prepared before arrival and maintained according to the property's cleaning schedule.
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay and dispose of trash appropriately.
Any maintenance issue should be reported as soon as possible so that we can assist promptly.
Cancellation and RefundsCancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and booking platform selected at the time of reservation.
Guests should review the specific cancellation policy displayed before completing their booking.
For reservations made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation and refund policies of that platform may also apply.
Damage or Extra CleaningQuepos Studio Rentals reserves the right to charge for:
Damage beyond normal wear and tear
Lost keys or access devices
Missing property
Excessive cleaning required after departure
Smoking inside a non-smoking studio
Other costs resulting from violation of these policies
Guests will be informed of any applicable charges.
Responsible TourismWe encourage our guests to enjoy Quepos and the Manuel Antonio area responsibly. Please help us protect Costa Rica's natural environment by reducing waste, conserving water and electricity, and respecting local wildlife and the surrounding community.
Policy ChangesQuepos Studio Rentals reserves the right to update these policies when necessary. The policies applicable to a reservation are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
